Ajitia “AJ” Thomas, Legal Administrator at the Elder & Disability Advocacy Firm of Christine A. Alsop, LLC, joined the firm in September of 2021. She graduated from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri with a master’s degree in Management in 2011. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an associate’s in Accounting.

Ajitia joined the legal field in 2011 and has worked as a legal assistant for plaintiff and defense firms. Her years of experience covers a variety of legal fields including Criminal Defense, Traffic Law, Family Law, Immigration, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury.

While Ajitia has not had children of her own she is the proud aunt to 10+ nieces and nephews, one Goddaughter, one Godson, and fur-mom to Derwin. She loves to laugh and offer a helping hand or smile whenever possible.

Ajitia loves to help older adults because she lost her grandparents at a very young age. During the short time she got to spend with her grandparents and great-grandparents, they instilled in Ajitia the value of helping others. Her grandmother taught her that helping others is not only for those you are helping, but it feeds a portion of your soul we tend to forget needs nourishing. The part that reminds us that we all need each other.
