C. Joette Martin, Paralegal at the Elder & Disability Advocacy Firm of Christine A. Alsop, LLC, joined the firm in July of 2016. She graduated cum laude from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, IL with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Sociology. She earned her paralegal certification from Meramec Community College in 2003.
For the last 13 years, Joette has worked as a paralegal for plaintiff and defense firms. Her 13 years of experience covers a variety of legal fields including Medicaid planning, probate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, litigation, Workers’ Compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability.
Joette and her husband, “Bear,” are the proud parents of two daughters, Charae and Carissa. Dealing with Bear’s Early On-Set Alzheimer’s has given Joette a new compassion for clients going though similar challenges. She values this opportunity to help and support them on their journey.
